Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:
✔️ The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
✔️ It must be in its original packaging.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
❌ Custom-made or personalized items
❌ Assembled furniture
❌ Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
💳 A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
3️⃣ Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
